The 12th Annual gay and lesbian ski / snowboard festival brings 3,000 guests to Whistler and treats them to the best winter entertainment in the west. DJ dance parties, on-the-mountain costumed scavenger hunts, comedy acts and so much more. All under the grand-spankin’ renovated Whistler Conference Centre.

Altitude, (Gay Ski and Snowboard Week) every February has been going strong in Whistler for over 11 years and continues to attract the support and partnerships from Tourism Whistler, the RMOW, Whistler Blackcomb and even the province of British Columbia.

Altitude events draw international performers, thousands of visitors from around the world and positive media attention year after year. Altitude is recognized as one of the most colourful and exciting weeks Whistler plays host to with contests, races and parties on the mountain and throughout the Village.
